Dive has acquired the Mystery Shopping business line of Lithuanian training company DOOR Training. The service related staff and mystery shoppers will join the local Dive team.

Chairman of Dive Group Kaspar Jänes said that the negotiations were fast and both sides saw that this would be the best solution for all the stakeholders. “DOOR had been involved in the business for years, but it had never become as relevant as training for them,” said Jänes.

CEO of Dive Kerli Soosaar added that such a merger will boost Dive’s Lithuanian offering to a new level and secure their position as the clear market leader.

Dive is one of the largest mystery shopping companies in Northern Europe with a team of 50 people across five countries. More than 10000 mystery shoppers complete annually more than 60000 mystery shopping audits.
