Norstat Group which is active in 8 markets decided to move some of its back office positions to Tallinn. The new company is called Norstat International and consists of mainly two teams – data programming and international project management.

Data programming department takes care of IT, questionnaire design and sampling issues. International project management department deals with requests that come to Norstat outside of their core markets and services all countries with project management.

The shift to the new back office shall be gradual and some positions will nevertheless still stay in the other markets as well.
