Riwal Poland has won a prestigious award from Polish National Office of Technical Inspection (UDT) and been announced as a partner of Polish National Labour Inspectorate in campaign to promote jobsite safety in Poland.
Polish National Office of Technical Inspection (UDT) celebrated it’s 100 years anniversay with an awards gala, where Riwal Poland was handed a trophy for long term co-operation, promoting safe use of lifting equipment and a very high quality in maintenance operations.
Polish National Labour Inspectorate launched a nationwide campaign of information and control of work safety in construction works. Its main objective is to increase awareness of occupational hazards in construction, in particular, the risks associated with working at height and, consequently, reduce work accidents in construction industry. The campaign promotes the use of protection measures such as aerial working platforms, safety nets, as well as the proper use of personal protective equipment wherever there is no possibility of collective jobsite security.
Riwal will be the first rental company in Poland named as a partner of the campaign “Respect life” which includes promoting all areas of jobsite safety. Riwal will be a partner of the campaign among other construction titans as Bilfinger Berger, Skanska, Polimex Mostostal, Hochtief and Budimex.
